Services and Scope of Practice
Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness provides massage therapy, bodywork, skincare, prenatal wellness, aesthetics, and holistic wellness services. Our services are offered by trained and licensed professionals. Massage therapy services are within the scope permitted by Florida law for licensed massage therapists. We do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medical treatment. Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Appointments and Booking
All services are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled through our website booking system or by contacting us directly. Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred dates and times. Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay all service fees in full at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. This includes events, classes, and consultations. Gift certificates used for appointments that are missed without proper notice may be retained as the cancellation fee. 
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your session, your appointment may still conclude at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next client. Full session fees apply regardless of session duration due to late arrival.
Photo ID Requirement
In compliance with Florida law (including recent changes to massage establishment requirements), clients must present a valid photo ID at the time of appointment. Failure to provide ID may result in appointment cancellation and classification as a no-show. 
Health and Safety Acknowledgement
By booking a session, you affirm you are in good health and free from contagious illness or conditions that would make massage therapy unsafe. Before your session, you agree to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy status, recent surgeries, or contraindications relevant to your treatment. You understand that massage therapy involves physical touch and that you may request adjustments to pressure, technique, or areas of focus at any time.
Liability Waiver
You understand that massage therapy is intended for relaxation, relief from muscle tension, and general wellness. You release Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness, its practitioners, and affiliates from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in services, except as prohibited by law.
Privacy and Personal Information
Your personal and contact information is collected for appointment scheduling, client communication, and health/safety purposes. We respect your privacy and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Gift Certificates and Promotions
Gift certificates, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and must be presented at the time of service.
